INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

artt. 13/14 Reg. UE 2016/679


1. Following the entry into force of EU Regulation 2016/679, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, NUOVA LOMBARMET S.P.A., with registered office in ARLUNO in Via Don Luigi Sturzo 15, tel. 029015961, as data controller in the person of its legal representative Mr. Valter Grignani, is required to provide you with information regarding the use of your personal data already acquired or that may be acquired in the future. 


2. According to the above mentioned law, the processing may concern your personal data such as, but not limited to: personal data, bank data, contractual data, contact data. This treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.


3. In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Reg. 2016/679 we therefore inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed for fulfilments related to the economic activity of the company, in order to allow an effective management of business relations, satisfying contractual requirements and legislative obligations, in particular your data will be processed:


  1. for inclusion in computer databases and/or in the company's physical archives;
  2. for the management of transport documents, invoices and credit notes;
  3. for the management of ordinary accounting and VAT;
  4. for the management of quotations and offers;
  5. for the management of receipts and payments;
  6. to satisfy any other contractual and/or legal obligation.


Moreover, subject to the consent of the person concerned, your data will be processed:

  1. for activities of sending commercial / illustrative material in electronic format of the products supplied by the Company. 


4. The legal basis of the processing operations is represented by the need to perform contractual and/or pre-contractual obligations pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b of EU Reg. 2016/679, as well as the need to perform legal obligations pursuant to the law. Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter C.


5. We inform you that the provision of data is mandatory (and therefore does not require your consent) for the establishment and proper conduct of the overall contractual relationship, as well as for the fulfillment of obligations, including tax obligations, provided by law. 

Failure to provide the data would prevent the establishment and/or performance of the contractual relationship (points 1 to 6).

The provision of data is optional in the case of point 7, for which we need your informed consent, which can also be given verbally in person or during telephone contacts in our office.  


6. The personal data provided by you, will not be disclosed but may be communicated or may come to the knowledge of operators belonging to the company staff and / or external parties who collaborate with the company (as managers or independent data controllers) such as for example:

  • freelance professionals for accounting and/or tax purposes;
  • banking institutions for the management of collections and/or payments;
  • other subjects to whom the communication should be necessary for the correct and complete performance of the contractual relationship and/or to fulfil legislative obligations.


7. The processing of personal data will be carried out with and without the aid of electronic media, and the data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are processed and/or to fulfil legal obligations.


We also specify that there are no fully automated decision-making processes, but the data are processed through the evaluation of physical operators.



8. We inform you that it is your right to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation, limitation of treatment, it is also your right to oppose the processing of personal data and exercise the right to portability. The rights referred to in this point may be exercised as provided for in Articles 15,16,17,18,20,21 EU Reg. 2016/679. We point out that the data controller does not carry out profiling activities.
